Microsoft Mail / Internet Mail

  • Begin by Clicking the Internet Mail Icon.
  • Then Click "Mail"
  • From the pulldown menu click "Options".
  • The "Options" window will be displayed.
  • Click the "Server" tab.
  • Type your name in the name box
  • Type your email address in the email address box (ie. username@stonemedia.com)
  • In the Outgoing mail(SMTP) box type stonemedia.com
  • In the Incoming mail(POP3) box type stonemedia.com
  • In the POP3 account box type your login name.
  • In the Password box type in your password.
  • Important: YOU MUST USE LOWERCASE FOR LOGIN NAME AND PASSWORD
  • Click APPLY then click OK and you're done.
