Do I have to change my email address?
Absolutely Not! All of the StoneMedia servers to include mail and web servers are still in place and running just as always.
Do I have to dial a new number?
No. StoneMedia customers will continue to dial into the same numbers, the same equipment, and same servers as always. No hardware changes have been made.

Who do I call for support?

What do I do if I want to make a change in my service?
If you simply want to add a mailbox to your account, just let us know and we can make this happen within 24 hours. For new services such as DSL, or multiple dial-up accounts contact the VVM Sales department at 254-778-8028.
What changes does VVM plan to make with the StoneMedia System.
We are firm believers in the philosophy of "If it aint broke, don't fix it". Immediately we do not have any major changes planned.
Ever since VVM took over StoneMedia I have had connection problems.
As stated above the only change thus far has been administrative. You still use the same numbers, dial into the same equipment and go out to the internet over the same T1's. If you are having connections problems it has nothing to do with the VVM and StoneMedia merger but if you give our 24 hour technical support line a call they will be happy to help you out.
