Outlook Express E-mail Configuration

  • Begin by double clicking the Outlook express icon.
  • Then Click "Tools", then click "Accounts"
  • Click the ADD button then select MAIL.
  • Fill out your name and then click NEXT.
  • Fill out your email address (ie. username@stonemedia.com) then click NEXT.
  • For server type make sure POP3 is selected.
  • In the Incoming mail(POP3) Server box type stonemedia.com
  • In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) Server box type stonemedia.com
  • The internet mail logon should be using your username and password.
  • You will now be asked for a Friendly Name to call your account. This can be anything you'd like. Click NEXT.
  • Choose your modem from the list. Click NEXT.
  • Choose a Dial up networking connection. Use an exsiting dialup connection.
  • Choose StoneMedia. (note: this assumes you already have a working dialup networking connection configured.)
  • Click Finish.
