Steps to a Successful Tech Support Call
- If you are able to connect, check the FAQ in the Help! section of our home
page before calling technical support.
- Take a deep breath.
- Sit comfortably in front of your computer.
- Write down the error message that you are getting or have it on the screen.
- Call the VVM Technical Support Number
- Listen carefully to the technician as you are walked through a solution.
Remember, our main goal is to get you connected to the internet and
able to browse the web and receive your email. If you have questions about 3rd
party software, please be aware that we may not be able to help you. If we are
familiar with the software, we will be happy to tell you what we know, but
please don't get upset if we aren't familiar with every program on the market.
