Why won't StoneMedia accept my password?

Make sure that the username and password are BOTH correct. The username should not contain ‘@stonemedia.com’ Usernames and passwords are CASE SENSITIVE meaning if your password is PaSsWoRd, then it must be typed in exactly that way. Make sure that the caps lock button is not activated if your username and password are in lowercase. Also, this error message will appear if we have found any problems with your account.
